Learn about COS grad school programs

Curious about attending graduate school? Clear your schedule for Wednesday, Sept. 7, for the University of Central Florida’s annual Grad Fair from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Pegasus Ballroom in the Student Union of UCF’s main campus.

The Grad Fair is an open-house style event where the public can learn more about the university’s nearly 200 graduate programs, which include master’s, doctoral and specialist programs as well as certificates.

At the Grad Fair, prospective students can get a feel for programs that interest them, learn about different majors and talk one-on-one with professors in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is also a one-stop shop for information about fellowships, scholarships, financial aid and other resources.

UCF is the second largest public university in the nation, and this year introduces a brand new program in Research Administration, certificates in Nursing and a dual degree that allows students to earn a Ph.D. in Public Affairs and a master’s in Public Administration.

Grad Fair attendees can dress casually. Parking is available in any of the university’s nearby garages or student lots for $5. For more information, visit the website or e-mail gradadmissions@ucf.edu.
