Master’s in Data Analytics

MS in Big Data AnalyticsA new Master of Science degree in Data Analytics is now being offered by the UCF College of Sciences (COS) and College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS). There is an increasing need to turn large and complex amounts of data into knowledge to drive business decisions. This master’s degree will train students to help companies use large amounts of data in innovative ways.

The MS in Data Analytics is a 30 credit hour interdisciplinary program that prepares students to develop algorithms and computerized systems to facilitate the discovery of information from large amounts of data. It will utilize the technical aspects of big data analytics, including algorithm design, programming, acquisition, management, mining, analysis, and interpretation of data.

On Tuesday, April 26, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., COS and CECS will host a free online information session to provide more information about the master’s in Big Data Science. Click here to RSVP.
